1 clove garlic
2-3 tablespoons Egg Beaters
1 anchovy fillet
1/2 tspn. dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
Put all ingredients except oil in food processor. Blend. Add olive oil in a slow stream and continue to blend until dressing is emulsified.
